- 这档沙爹营业时间是星期二，四，六早晨。 想试很久了。 总是抽不到时间。 今天终于心血来潮。
我在打包的时侯，己经有几个人在等侯。
从他们的闲谈中发现其中一人是从大山脚来的。 心想他从老远来到这里， 不会差到那里吧。
打包回家可能热度退了，口感不一样了。 应该站在那边品尝新鲜出炉的沙爹， 那会是另一番味道。
感觉上猪肉有点硬，酱料很普通。 可能下一次可以试一试他的烤面包。 希望不会再让我感到失望。

Hawaiian Pizza
- Today:25 May 2010,while I composing this post. Seem like quite long times not visit Apex Coffee. I will rather said Apex Coffee got a quiet and enjoyable environment with a affordable prices. In term of food, I will rate it as standard. During night session, this restaurant is a bit quiet and not much of diners. Ours favorite was Vanilla Milk Shake, must have when we @ Apex Coffee. You should find out yourself how nice was it !!!
- My ex colleague strongly recommended the Pizza, never try it until today. We ordered the Hawaiian Pizza, not bad. Definitely better than the pizza that you having @ Pizza Hut. I got quite many of years never visit Pizza Hut. If you asked me took Pizza Hut, I rather having Gardenia’s bread @ home. Apex Coffee pizza was my cup of tea, the bread is not so thick and with a good taste.

Crispy Pork Pan Mee
- One of our favourites place during lunch times. Most of them complaint that pan mee is easy get hungry during noon times. For me I am OK with it, as long as I ordered the big “size” one. I prefer this stall of pan mee if compare to the BJ flat one, in term of the taste or services.
- But lately I found out that Kulim got one stall of pan mee which is cheap and nice as well. I will introduce this stall of pan mee at my future post.

- This stall of Hokkien Mee are introduce through a friend. Don’t have any coffee shop name, is a household. Only those stayed at Paya Terubong or those always visits this stall. They should know where the location. It just opposite Permata Swimming Pool. This stall of Hokkien Mee is quite cold door, even my god sister. She have stayed Paya Terubong for 20 years ++, she never realize about this stall of Hokkien Mee. After received quite numbers of good feed back from friends. I go to have a try. Luckily this stall of Hokkien Mee are quite impress me and strongly recommended by thamchiak.

- Quite long time never visit Presgrave Street Hawker Centre, due to limited parking lot there. Before revisit there, I totally lost my memory about the food here is nice or not. I order the Ice Kacang, surprising it was tasty than the one at new world food court. Today our main target is Hokkien Mee. As usual I will add on Xiu Yok (烧肉). The Hokkien Mee was not bad, but I still prefer the Green House one. We order another side dish-fried oyster,the fried oyster was a bit “wet” but quite tasty.

- After having a quite “full” dinner at Woodlands Vegetarian Restaurant, and it was quite early. So we just drop by esplanade to have some “dessert”. Ah bell suggest to go for rojak 101 esplanade. We all found out that the taste was so so only. As usual, last time is more better. I think some of the Penang hawker should doing a QA test every year. Or perhaps government should form a team to QA test those so called famous hawker. We might down grade or up grade their level depends on the food quality or taste, at least this way of QA test will bring out the most efficiency of “competitive advantage” and tasty food.

- Today, bring my sister go balik pulau to become a real tham chiak. My first target is the kampung baru Laksa/Hokkien Mee. Which declare by my friend the Laksa and Hokkien Mee is nice, and this stall only open during weekend. Even this stall is bit “cold door”, quite a lot of diner drop by, as I can see. My dad claim that the Hokkien mee was nice, when the hokkien mee is served, my dad(old tham chiak) already start enjoy it, so I not able to took any hokkien mee photo shoot. For me the laksa was just ok. Second round, we drop by the market food court. Bring my sister go there to have food juices, her favorite food juices. My favorite stall was the Pasembor. The taste, you can’t find at any other place, only here. Every time go that food court, found out that the po pia seem like quite “good business”. This time I just order to have a try. unfortunately, kinda disappointed.
- Remarks: My camera send back to Canon for repair, this pictures is took by using my Nokia N73. So the picture quality is just ok only.

- After having a heavy breakfast at raja uda. We just hanging around at Jusco,BM. Around 12 pm ++, just having lunch with my parents. Overall the services and food there was excellent. But seem like the coffee there is just ok only. Their shop name is black canyon coffee, logically they should be expertise in coffee. Unfortunately they really disappointed me. Luckily the food there still can satisfy my parents and me as well. My parents claimed that the Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with seafood in Thick Gravy was nice and the portion is quite big. The Fettuccini with Chicken Green Curry is spicy and nice. I am not able to finished it all, it’s too spicy for me. I need more drinks !!!! Anyway, the green curry is strongly recommended by Tham Chiak….

- Before my sister family leave Penang, just bring them go to raja uda area to have some dim sum. When we reach there, already around 10 am +, seem like the famous tai pau already sold out. Due to my brother in law is rushing go back to KL, we having a very “fast” dim sum breakfast. Overall the food there is excellent. Due to running out of times and we reach there quite late, the famous tai pau and Steam Fish Head with Rice Vermicelli will try it next round, if I got chances to visit this shop again. Compare to Penang island dim sum, seem like this shop dim sum is more variety. Next time, I will try those dim sum that I never try before !!!!

- Early morning this shop is full with diners. For me the duck meat koay teow theng is just ok for me. The taste is a bit plain. The koay teow theng is toped with duck meat,fish ball and duck blood. Lately I found out that, same row of the sire restaurant. There is one stall of koay teow theng, the taste is not bad and a bit special but a bit oily. Will introduce this stall of koay teow theng in the future post.
